Simply find the two folders to compare. The open source tool analyses both folders and detects the reliability of files and file versions with a click on Compare. With a click on the Compare options, you can determine if the file size and date or the content of the file should really be compared. In the middle column, you see which files need to be copied in one folder into another, so that they have actually the same status

Performance
In my completely non-scientific tests, FreeFileSync had a edge that is consistent it found performance.
